We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment. If you have open terms already established with us, you can elect to use that option during checkout instead of providing a credit card.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. During checkout you can elect to have your order delivered via truck, UPS or elect to pick it up at our facility at 740 Corporate Drive, Reading, PA 19605, PA. All shipping rates will be determined at time of shipment. Shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door. If you need to return an item, please call 800-233-2958 for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include a copy of the invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. A 20% restock fee will apply to all returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Sheerlund Products will only charge PA sales tax to Pennsylvania entities that are not tax-exempt. If you do not have a tax-exempt certificate on file with us, please fax it to us.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SheerlundProducts.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SheerlundProducts.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted incorrectly.
